Penguin Polymers (Pvt) Ltd is a manufacturer & solution provider of flexible packaging products and has been making a mark in flexible packaging industry. We are always highly concerned of providing high quality & innovative products, ethical trade practices, customer satisfaction, sustainable and safe working standards as our core values. Started in 2006 with a single extruder & bag making machine and by today Penguin has extended its capabilities of manufacturing flexible packaging products in various forms. The company constantly focus on maintaining the quality standards and updating & upgrading with new technologies. We have achieved the ISO-22000 Quality Standard ( Food Safety Management System), HACCP & GMP certifications.
FOOD SAFETY POLICY
We at Penguin Polymers (Pvt) Ltd Strongly believe that Food safety
can be assured through the combined effort of all parties participating in the process chain. Strong management commitment is shown through the provision of required infrastructure facilities, equipment and human resources with proper training. Food Safety System is implemented with the support of appropriate documentation and records.
All identified hazards are controlled through the implementation of hygiene control operations and Risk Assessment plans, conforming to statutory and regulatory requirements, authentic requirements, communication requirements & with mutually agreed Food safety requirements of customers.
Implementation of the ISO 22000 : 2018 based Food Safety Management System is checked periodically through planned verification and Management reviews with a view to improve the system. Food Safety System is Periodically updated.
